Every video on Gang Gang Dance AI uses paid AI compute, so here is exactly when you get credits or money back.

Failed generations

If a render fails or times out, its credits return to your account automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Unused credits

If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Packs that have been partly used can be refunded for the unused videos within the same 14 days. A finished video can't be refunded because you don't like how it looks, but if it is clearly broken (for example the dancer was not replaced), write to us and we'll return the credits.

How to ask

Email us from your account address with the order date and what went wrong. We answer within 3 business days; refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
