Sending a notice

Email us with: your name and contact details; the work or likeness you say is infringed; the URL of the content on this site; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We review notices within 2 business days and remove infringing content.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed content and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and your signature. We forward it to the complainant and may restore the content after 10 business days unless they file suit.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are closed.
